		<description><![CDATA[Located on the Jefferson Street corridor, the Apiary is a catering kitchen and tasting room which will expand into an event space/restaurant.  Much of the 3/4 acre site will be green space, including courtyards and a productive garden. The 3,000 s.f. commercial kitchen has been completed, and the next phase is coming soon.]]></description>
